If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer service team to initiate a free return. We will gladly exchange or refund your journal, no questions asked.

To qualify for a return, your journal must be unused and in its original packaging. Please include your original order number or proof of purchase with your return.

Please note that our lifetime guarantee does not cover normal use, damage caused by improper care or handling, or loss of the journal. However, if your journal develops a defect due to a manufacturing error, we will replace it free of charge.

We offer free returns for customers within the United States. If you are located outside the United States, you will need to cover the shipping costs for your return. Our lifetime guarantee still applies to all returns, as described in our lifetime guarantee policy.
